You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity performed through it. In case of suspected misuse, you must request account lock and access change immediately.
Noctra may limit or suspend access in case of violation of these Terms, security risk, or use incompatible with the platform purpose.
The platform must be used for legitimate monitoring of campaigns and events. It is not allowed to use the service for fraud, improper data collection, intrusion attempts, unauthorized reverse engineering, or violation of applicable laws.
Features and limits vary by plan. Subscriptions may include a trial period and automatic renewal according to rules shown at purchase time.
Payment failures may cause temporary feature restrictions until regularization.
When connecting external services (for example, gateways, notifications and webhooks), you declare that you are authorized to use this data and assume responsibility for account settings.
For Google Ads integration, Google account data is used exclusively for technical authentication and sending conversions/conversion adjustments to the account informed by the user.
Noctra follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable limited-use requirements for data obtained via Google APIs.
Noctra seeks high availability and data integrity, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or total absence of errors.
Data shown in dashboards depends on integrations and received events; incorrect settings or source failures may impact results.
